KGiSL Family Day - Curtain Raiser!

Most BPO companies that I've heard of celebrate their achievements by either throwing a booze party in a pub or by hanging their boots in a filthy dance club.... Obviously, because of these "culturally shocking" activities, many of the young BPO workers' families are concerned. Many of them are reluctant to leave their kids to Bangalore alone where it's a culture of hire and fire.

Here's where KGiSL makes a difference where it is having its annual celebration in a way where families also can join in. Yes, KGiSL Family Day is happening this weekend inside our campus with cultural events, DJ, award functions, and then later on moving on to dinner. An employee can bring in his parents, wife, kids and show them his workplace. Aint that cool??

My department (FRM) is participating in all the activities and "hectic" preparations are going on after the shift hours!
