New Email Fraud!

Of late, I'm getting a barrage of emails which claims to give you cool electronic gadgets at throw-away prices and the websites mentioned are never heard of.

In fact, when I first got an email, I thought it's actually an authentic one, but when I saw that it didn't have an "https" extension, I grew suspicious. And my suspicions turned true, when I started receiving similar looking mails with different web addresses. Folks, be on the lookout for similar hoaxes and never give away your credit card details!!

  4. The website looks authentic. Only thing it has been new in business. New in business does't mean fraud.

However one of the safest option {paypal) is missing in their payment method. paypal is the one where we have some buyers gurentee and they will expell anybody for fraud. So people be better mor caustious.
Thanks for showing this new fraud

  5. Very recently, I also became a victim of some such link like Keyavo(was sent by a friend as an IM in gtalk). I was foolish enough to check the link out and it turned out to be somethig I had not imagined. But by then the damage was done and the link had been sent to all the people in my contact list (including my brother, older n younger cousins and a potential employer). I was crestfallen but immediately I sent an IM to all the people in the list requesting them to ignore the link or else band bajj jati....

Ariyaatha pillakku choriyumbol ariyum!

As a kid/teenager, my only source of information to learn malayalam was Manorama Publications' Balaram, a children's fortnightly and my granny. I still vividly remember how she used to teach me the basics of malayalam whenever I come to Kerala on vacations. My granny was also a great source of amazement for me as she used malaylam proverbs or the so called "pazham chollu" every now and then. These proverbs, though small in length and use, had deep insights! Though I can read/write Malayalam today, thx to Balarama and my granny, I used to miss her proverbs a lot. But not anymore!! Thanks to this Wikipedia link , forwarded to me by Vinay
