As a kid/teenager, my only source of information to learn malayalam was Manorama Publications' Balaram, a children's fortnightly and my granny. I still vividly remember how she used to teach me the basics of malayalam whenever I come to Kerala on vacations. My granny was also a great source of amazement for me as she used malaylam proverbs or the so called "pazham chollu" every now and then. These proverbs, though small in length and use, had deep insights! Though I can read/write Malayalam today, thx to Balarama and my granny, I used to miss her proverbs a lot. But not anymore!! Thanks to this Wikipedia link , forwarded to me by Vinay

This is not the problem of the guys. This is the problem of the set up.
See the picture ..
It clearly shows how the company set up is like... It has no base .. No support. It stands in the air.
How will a person not like to survive?
If at all an employee stays with the company, it means he stays there to take a rest, dfntly knowing that the company has no strong base. He will be ready to take off at any time.
Good examples are in news daily.
(P.S: Nice to see you active in blogging)
Whatever, I always forget/not bothered to see what's happening in my backyard!!!!
ReplyDeleteThe most funniest part here is the Company. Think of the Co's policies .. it keeps hiring because of constant attrition. It seems not to have worked on it. Just only because the company itself is new to the unstabilized IT/ITES/BPO industries
