and still counting....

I felt extremely happy & satisfied today with the celebrations that we had to commemorate our volumes achievements. Let me make it very clear that achieving what we have achieved today is no joke. It has taken us some 3+ years to touch 1000 Event Briefs in a quarter and so much hard work, commitment, loyalty, dedication, and breathtaking efforts have gone into achieving this significant milestone. Of course, we've the next big challenge staring at us - 75% MS in 2Q05. Believe me, it's going to be no piece of cake, but I know and am confident that it is not a mighty mountain either. We should be able to scale it TOGETHER as a TEAM, as we always have been!

So, what's next? Well, the answer lies in what we're striving to do today and tomorrow. With the team size expanding, the buzz words are training, coaching, mentoring, blah, blah, blah... Remember, only that has brought us here and we should continue to drive hard at training and continuous improvement of self and others as well. If this falls in place, I believe the rest will follow by default.

In closing, I wish to express my hearfelt thanks to each one of you for your continuous untiring efforts and request that this continue for quarters & years to come in a mutually mature work relationship. To borrow a line from the now infamous Michael Jackson, 'let's make our workplace a better place to work at' with fun & frolic diffused around..!!

ALL THE BEST AND MAY GOD BLESS ALL OF US!!!

Luv,
Hari

Ariyaatha pillakku choriyumbol ariyum!

As a kid/teenager, my only source of information to learn malayalam was Manorama Publications' Balaram, a children's fortnightly and my granny. I still vividly remember how she used to teach me the basics of malayalam whenever I come to Kerala on vacations. My granny was also a great source of amazement for me as she used malaylam proverbs or the so called "pazham chollu" every now and then. These proverbs, though small in length and use, had deep insights! Though I can read/write Malayalam today, thx to Balarama and my granny, I used to miss her proverbs a lot. But not anymore!! Thanks to this Wikipedia link , forwarded to me by Vinay
