I tried to "stretch" myself too much over the weekend by putting in more than 2hrs of workout and my left calf muscle have given way to Charley Horse (Muscle Sprain) now..... U can see me limping around the office today....
Lesson Learned: U can't lose 10kgs in 2 days!!
